AVG is blocking Bluetooth device. I turned off AVG and my Bluetooth device connected. What adjustment do I make on AVG settings to allow the USB Bluetooth to connect.

Hi Avinash, Yes I have made contact through Facebook. I have AVG on 2 computers (paid for 2) I have had a lot of problems with AVG. I have poaid our technical support to resolve some of the issues.I was advised to contact AVG support. The last issue took a week to resolve. ie scanning. Both AVG's are due to expire this year. I will be considering renewal based on the on time resolution AVG can provide. your customer care is not in the top 10. If you had the answer to my problem I cannot understand why you could not have replies with the solution rather than telling me I had contacted AVG through facebook absolute waste of a response and time wasting.

I had already done that. I want to know how to sort out the situation without having to turn off AVG everytime I need to connect my device through bluetooth.
