Sending outbound packet and waiting for reply probe (timeout=10000)

Not really, the internet works but the download client doesn't. THe NAT indicator is dead and neither download nor upload works. I can write as you can see, ther's internet cionnection but Bigly BT doesn't work. I have to turn off VPN for starting it.

Hi László.
Do you mean the download and upload speed of your internet connection is reduced when connected through AVG Secure VPN?
Did you verify it by turning off the VPN connection?

Thank you for clarifying that you are unable to download using torrents.
Please turn off AVG Secure VPN, click Change location, connect to one of the locations in P2P and check the issue. Try the locations under P2P one by one.

Thank you for reply. I t did it and it works but when I check the ports, I get the same message that I enclosed earlier. Is it normal or not?

Glad to hear that the download works with a P2P location.
Are you referring to the below error message?

NAT failure. Inbound test failed, timed out
IPv6 not avaible

Thanks for the confirmation.
Could you please tell me how did you check the ports and does the message appears when the AVG Secure VPN is turned off?
Let us know.

Thank for reply.
I operned Options in the BiglyBT client and checked the NAT/firewall test. And that is the result.

Thank you for clarifying, László. Upon using AVG Secure VPN, the IP address of the computer will be masked & make it to pose in a different region. Hence, the program would provide the message. As the program works fine with P2P servers, it isn't required to troubleshoot or concerned further. Thank you for your understanding in advance!

Fine, thank you.
