transfer existing account to a new computer

My old computer died. I had new AVG subscriptions installed in it. I need to transfer those to this new computer.

I also believe I have redundant subscriptions because of recent changes in second hand computers that failed. I should have accounts for only one PC and my cell phone.

You just have to install and activate your subscription in your new PC.
Since you have multiple subscription, we would like to offer you free remote session to install and activate them all.

Please put the link here. I have not been able to install my email on the desktop yet, because the password is in a text document on the old one. I have not been able to get at that document yet.
