AVG PC TuneUp registration

Today I activated my new key but after registration I did not receive an email to the address I gave. When I tried to reactivate the program, the message "Activation code is already used" appears.

As we're advised not to get your activation code in public post, I have sent an email regarding it.

I got this mail and nothing else. When I tried to answer it, an automatic answer came:
