Hoang Quynh AVG antivirus block website
Dear AVG admin.
I use AVG antivirus Free version.
when i use chrome to browser my site: (removed).
AVG block this site, i can not access.
I do these steps:
1/ AVG remove tool (unistall AVG) -> OK
2/ Reboot
3/ AVG clear tool (safe mode) -> OK
4/ Download AVG Antivirus Free, install, scan and update database AVG antivirus.
5/ Use google chrome and check my website: removed
6/ AVG Antivirus still block my site.
what do i need next? to access my site.

Please let us know what happens exactly while accessing the website.
Do you receive any threat notification from AVG?
If so, share us the screenshot of it after clicking on 'See details' in the pop up for better clarity.
Please check file.

Please disable AVG protection temporarily & check if you're able to access the website.
If you're able to access the website, re-enable AVG protection & then check if the program has the latest patches applied to it.
To do so : Open AVG Free Antivirus - Click on refresh icon beside virus definitions - Restart computer after successful update & try accessing the website.
1/ Disable AVG protection temporarily or Menu - setting - general - exceptions (add website)
=> Open and access website OK
2/ Re-enable AVG protection & then check: AVG still block my website.
3/Open AVG Free Antivirus - Click on refresh icon beside virus definitions - Restart computer after successful update
try accessing the website => can not access website (nothing changes) AVG still block website.
Please check it again.

We'd suggest you to submit a false positive request through this link.
Once we receive the request, a group of analysts will review the website & whitelist it, if it is found safe or goes through clean notes of AVG.

I can access website.

Is it a known website and are you sure that it is clean?
Do you consider the website is safe and clean?
