Install AVG Tuneup(Multi-Device)

I have paid $49.00 to have AVG Tuneup(Multi-Device) on both of my computers.  I have it on my lap computer, but cannot get it installed on my desktop.  My account #691856xxxxx.  What can I do t fix the problem

Does it prompt any error message when installing the program?

I still have not been abloe to install AVG Tuneup (Multi-Device) on my desk top.  I huse a PC system.  Whenever I try to downlod the softwre, I end up being asked to pay $49 again.  I still need help and must not be doig something correctly..

I have become very frustrated and decided to start over.  I have just renewed my AVG TuneUp(MultiDevice) on Novemeber1, 2020.  Order number 84763533700.  I have it on my laptop, but cannot put ot on my Desktop computer.  I have a  Dell PC with Windows 10.  I did not received any pproduct activation code.  There must be an easy solution to this.
