Do not wish to pay for Tune up. have uninstalled it

I have removed Tune up and do not want to buy it . How do I stop the payment?

From Carol Kershaw.   Despite receiving the above answer from Rakshith I have today received an email to say I will be charged for it in4 days time £44 99..I shall tell my Card supplier not to allow the payment to go through.
