I want to refund a wrong purchase.

I made a payment with an unwanted automatic subscription and requested a refund. It is about 80,000 won in Korean money and I would like to know if the refund process was successful.

Your refund was already initiated as per the request that you submitted through online form.
We also sent an email explaining the status of it.
If the email is not found in inbox, do check in spam and junk folders.
