Access Denied

How do I unblock an access denied error 16, from the Kmart (Australia) site

To resolve this on my iPhone/iPad i had to go into:
Settings
VPN
Under PERSONAL VPN, click on info of
AVG Mobile Security, &
Deselect:
Connect on Demand

This resolved my problem

I also started having this problem on my iphone & Ipad, but not on my computerKmart Shopping online unable to access on iPhone or iPad
