AVG with Crossover for Mac

Every time Crossover for Mac issues an update (at least once a year) - AVG freaks out and starts quarantining files.  With the last update to AVG, even though Crossover has been updated on my Mac for about 3 weeks, it's repeatedly quarantining the same files - how do I get this to STOP?  I tried the exclusion list, but I can't get the correct directories to show (hidden files perhaps?) - and even for the directories that are in there, the real time scan ignores it...

Hello Steve.
We regret the inconvenience caused.
Could you let us know the version of Mac OS and AVG software installed on your device?
If you are still receiving a threat detection pop up repeatedly from AVG, please share a screehot of it with 'See details' clicked on.
