Cannot do anything after installing AVG Free

I installed AVG just an hour ago and now when i try to open anything (including cmd) it shows "application was unable to start". So if i reboot or shutdown im sure that windows wont boot up (im programmer, and also i have searched in the forums and many said they cannot boot windows)

I WANT THIS FIXED RIGHT NOW I HAVE AN IMPORTANT WORK!!!!

We're sorry to hear this.
Please uninstall AVG AntiVirus Free and check whether you can open other programs. 
Use this link to remove AVG completely from your PC.
Keep us posted.

I cannoy start anything, including cmd.exe or taskmgr or even a browssr to download the tool you linked, or even the uninstaller of avg...

We're sorry to know that. This isn't the usual behavior of AVG Free Antivirus. 
If you suspect that AVG is causing the issue, you can temporarily disable the AVG protection to check.
