avg blocking sites

the past few days im getting a lot of messages that avg has blocked sites.dont understand this.

Could you please share the screenshot of the block message (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=AVG-Create-screenshot) which you received from AVG? Also, please confirm whether you are using AVG Anti-virus free or paid subscription.

im using avg free. and sites dont seem to be anyi have been looking at.message is not on screen long enough to take screen shots.dont recognise any of the sites.
