proxycache.online.meo.pt, infected with URL:Botnet.

in case you can help me.... my TV provider (MEO) , povide a livestream service, recently when I use the service (https://meogo.meo.pt/) I receive to often a message " Abortamos de forma segura  a ligação  em proxycache.online.meo.pt porque estava infectada com URL:Botnet" the translation to english is more o less " we safely blocked the connection to proxycache.online.meo.pt because it was infected with URL:Botnet"

the site "proxycache.online.meo.pt" is legitime,  I've done some investigation and nothing found   and it seems the alert is a false positive.
can be a false positive or the provider are trying get information  from me ?
can anyone guive any clue about such kind of issue?

Upon checking your screenshot, we could see that this issue was caused from Google Chrome browser.
We would request you to reset your Google Chrome browser once and then check for the issue.
On your computer, open Google Chrome.
At the top right, click More. Settings.
At the bottom, click Advanced.  Under "Reset and cleanup,” click Reset Settings.

after reseting settings,  the message still apears, it happens also when use Edge, (sending screenshot)
