I am trying to look up my christmas Club account at our local supermarket but I am blocked by a box that says Threat Secured - they aborted the connection because it was infected with Botnet. As a result I can't get in. I have communicated with the computer team of the supermarket but they are secured and have sorted it their end. I think this is an AVG problem. Can you please sort this so I can get into my account. I have scanned my PC numerous times and the AVG have told me I am virus free. Can someone please do something. Many thanks
