activate AVG PC Tuneup on Windows 10

I have paid for and received a license number and an expiration date of December 3,2022.
When I go to activate, screen says "LOCKED". No way to enter License number. How can I activate what I have paid for?

Did you try to restart your computer once and then activate AVG?
Could you please share us the screenshot of locked screen when trying to activate AVG TuneUp program in order to check and help you further?
