AVG anti-tracking vs AVG internet security

My AVG anti-  tracking expires 1/15/22. I don't want to continue it after it expires. If I purchase Internet Security instead  (I currently have VPN, Tuneup  and Driver Update)  what service would I gain from Internet Security??
