AVG Tune Up - un-sleep an application

Hello,
How I un-sleep an application that was put to sleep via TuneUp?

I did not find help in the application, or answer in AVG support website\FAQs.
PDF Viewer was put to sleep via Tune up, and gets annoying messages "Adobe.... woke-up...".
Appreciate your answer
Michael

Hello Michael,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
We will check and help you to fix this issue.
It looks like you have put application to sleep mode using AVG TuneUp while running the PC maintenance tasks. Please wake it up manually to resolve this issue.

Open AVG TuneUp, click Speed Up tile.
Click Background application and programs.
Scroll down to bottom to see the list of programs that were put to sleep.
Check if that application is listed and click 'Wake' against it.

Now verify if that application is working fine. We recommend that you do not put the frequently used applications to sleep.
Thank you and keep us updated.
