How to stop Microsoft edge popups saying I have virus

I keep getting popups saying I have a Virus from both McAfee and Norton.
I turned on no notifications under settings and they still come up
Any info to get rid of this problem would be appreciated

I get the dialog for inserting the picture which I can select but when I click on the insert button nothing happens.
If you give me an email address I could reply to then I can send it to you

As I checked the screenshot, I see that you're getting an adware pop-up from 3rd party site through Edge browser.

Please be informed, if you experience unusual browser behavior that is not flagged as malicious by AVG Internet Security, it does not necessarily mean that your PC is infected. Usually, this occurs while you accept/allow the site permission for untrusted sites/ enabling the untrusted extensions on your browser. 

We'd recommend you to reset the Edge browser and check the status.

Also, please ensure the AVG Internet Security and Virus definitions are up to date latest version and run the smart scan in the AVG Internet Security.
