Unauthorizd failed attempt on cancelled product

Paypal informed me that they failed an attempt to charge an automatic payment  for Driver Restore which I cancelled a couple of years ago.. I do not have that product so why are attempts still being made to charge me? Can you please correct this?

We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
However, upon checking your account, we can see that the auto-renewal of your AVG subscriptions has not been cancelled yet.
If you wish to cancel ther auto-renewal of your subscription, please confirm & let us know why you've decided to cancel the auto-renewal of your AVG subscriptions.

Dear Support,

I have not paid for or used the Driver Restore since 2019. I did not renew it. However, you say I did not cancel  the auto renewel. It is not listed on my active accounts products so I cannot cancel it.or even find it. I am getting frustrated. Please cancel the AVG Driver Restore auto renewel for me! .

The last order number I had in 2018 for Driver Restore  posted on 12/30/2018 was:
[Order number removed].  I did not renew it after that.
The automatic payment ID posted by Paypal which fortunately failed was 1-RDXUEOYWKE24
Please make sure this does not happen again and Driver Restore is cancelled.
If it helps, my old email over 6 years ago was
