Hello Matt,
You've reached the AVG social media support channel.
We will surely help you to restore the files from quarantine.
Before you proceed to restore the files please make sure that the files are safe. Restoring files from Quarantine poses a high security risk. This action requires advanced user knowledge and is only intended for specific situations (for example, if a critical system file is accidentally moved to Quarantine).

Please follow the below steps to restore the quarantined files:
1. Open AVG AntiVirus/Internet Security and go to ☰ Menu ▸ Quarantine.
2. Tick the box next to the relevant file(s) in Quarantine.
3. Click … More options (three dots), then select an action:
(i) Restore: Moves the file to its original location on your PC.
(ii) Restore and add exception: Moves the file to its original location, and adds the file to your exceptions list to exclude it from all AVG AntiVirus scans and shields. To view your exceptions list, go to ☰ Menu ▸ Settings ▸ General ▸ Exceptions.
(iii) Extract: Moves the file to a chosen location on your PC.
4. Click close.
