Clara McCarthy App lock will not open on one app
On my Samsung galaxy mobile App lock will not open on my secure folder. It takes me back to main screen. I tried turning off the app lock, but it still comes up as app locked. I need the information in my secure folder, that's why it's in my secure folder I've tried restarting it. I've tried turning it off and on again. What can I do to retrieve the files?
