Aborted connection to phishing URL

Hello, AVG shows me an alert (with ID: d954c096c4e9/2024-04-26T20:57:16.011Z) multiple times a day.

It says "we've safely aborted connection with on core.tlgr.org" because it was infected with URL:Phishing.

What should I do about this? I'm not navigating to that URL manually, does this mean I have a virus trying to connect to that malicious site?

Thanks in advance for any help you can give.
