All sheilds are turned off and not being able to turn on

I've installed AVG internet security and wasn't able to turn the shields on.

I acknowledge that all the AVG shields are turned off and you are unable to turn it on. We're sorry to hear that you're facing this trouble. We will certainly check and help you. Please repair (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlName=repair-avg-antivirus&supportType=home)AVG Internet Security and check if that helps. Please refer to the below article to repair the program. After repairing the program, please reboot the PC once to apply the changes.
