Thank you for writing us back and sharing the screenhot. I suggest you to repair AVG AntiTrack and restart the device. You can repair your AVG AntiTrack with the following steps: 1. Press your window key and R key together and then type "appwiz.cpl" and hit "Enter" 2. Here you can see the list of installed applications in your PC. 3. Uninstall the AVG AntiTrack and click "Uninstall". 4. Now select repair and continue. 5.Restart your PC. Please try the above steps and let us know the status of the issue. I suggest you to repair AVG AntiTrack and restart the device.
You can repair your AVG AntiTrack with the following steps:

Please note that sometimes reinstalling Net Framework could solve installation issues with AVG AntiTrack. Can you please give it a go?
