I have just finished recreating my Recovery Partition due to issues with the MS KB5034441 download error.
I have noticed in C:\Windows\ Recovery, a folder called "Autoplay\CustomizationFiles" with a file called Overseer.exe with an AVG icon in it and another Overseer.exefile in the C:\Programs File\Common Files\AVG\Overseer\
1. Should the file within the "Autoplay\CustomizationFiles" be there or should it be in the New Recovery Partition?
Type: App
Version: 1.0.486.0
Size: 2.27 Mbytes
Date: 14\02\24
If no!
What is it?
Is this file Redundant and can it be deleted & recreated if/when needed by the AVG Antivirus Program
2. The File within the C:\Programs File\Common Files\AVG\ is linked as a "Scheduled Task"
Reputation: Trusted App
Type: App (not running)
Network Activity: No Connections
Size: 2.08 Mbytes
Version: 1.0.478.0
Date: 14\11\23
I have searched through theCommunity Forumandonline without any success in answering this question.
