Hi, I have used the browser for a year or two, and like it. I made use of the VPN one-month trial offer in June as I was abroad (I live in the UK) and using some untrusted wi-fi, etc. It didn't seem particularly useful, but when I tried to cancel the trial, a member of your staff offered to halve the subscription and extend it for an extra 6 months, which I accepted. However, when I now try to access VPN by clicking the grey VPN button I just get the drop-down Secure Browser VPN with the circling blue button, but it never goes to VPN. However, at the top of the drop-down VPN box it states "Trial - 543 days remaining". So, someone has done something, ie extended my trial. However, I was told that this would be a full Pro/VPN subscription, not a trial. And, of course, I wanted it to work! When I try to re-input my activation code I'm told that "this activation code has expired". So, although the initial offer of reduced-price and extended-use seemed generous, it isn't if it gives me nothing more than the free browser version. I do hope someone can either activate the Pro/VPN facilities for me, as promised, or refund me the remaining £17.50 (half of £34.99 previously paid). Many thanks, Martin Wolff. I uninstalled AVG Secure Browser, and I re-installed it. All seemed to go well, but I'm afraid that when I re-ran it I had the same problem: the VPN will not run. Also, my browser Pro is described as a trial, not a paid-for full version. Sorry guys, hope you can help. Martin.
