looked out of samsung note 9 cell after install of avg mobile

I wish I never installed AVG on my cell. I am not locked out of it and it doesn't recognize my pattern.
It happened during hurricane in Houston, so it made it worse during a horrible event.
I can't reset my cell as it will erase important data as I didnt do a backup before install of avs.
lesson learned.
There is NO reset or forgot password on my cell screen, it only shows pattern and under that is emergency button. i can receive calls in, but cant dial out. i can read 1st line of text message and nothing else. i can turn on and off wiff. can't change my volume.    i purchased avg through google play store. so i dont have access like normal avg to log into computer.  since i needed to access my gmail from computer, i had to reset my password, so cell gmail doesnt have current password.   on samsung, i had account, but didnt use it, so it cant reset password either one cell.

do anyone have any suggestions, WITHOUT doing a hard reset and losing my data.   i would be grateful for any help.   i have 4 emails into AVG support last 4 days and still waiting.

Thank you but these are the answers I have been getting and it's like they don't understand, that I'm locked out of my cell as AVG is not reconizing the my lock pattern.   I paid $26 for avg software that is making my life hell and costing me lots of $$$$ because of this problem.
This is from support AVG Customer Care - 21587909  (receivd 2 emails  since 7/9/2024)   
" Press reset password on cell"    REALLY, I told them I dont have that on my cell
Now this is the last message they sent, which is almost laughable if I wasn't so upset and feeling helpless even now with this type of support.  
This was from today  7/11/2024  from support  - basicly saying "  uninstall your software and then re-install it"     OMG REALLY, HMMM how the heck am i supposed to do that. 

Do you see my frustration that I have been having for almost a week and none of the support actually read my emails as their answers make no sense and anyone would be upset with those type of responses. 

Please please I need help with some that has high level experience.  Please please please

I highly recommend dont ever purchase AVG through Google Play Store, as that is the problem.
You dont have option to log ontoyour computer through AVG because it doesnt support on computer, its only access is through your cell phone.    Does anyone know anything about AVG through google playstore.   I can't get into my cell phone becasue I'm locked out by the pattern.  I dont want to reset my phone because it will wipe out all my data.  I would like an expert to help me please.

I will be posting on google reviews to in hopes I get help .
