avg downloader unable to download/file wasnt available on the site

Could you please provide me with more details about the situation.
Are you trying to download files using AVG Secure Browser or other?
May I know in which device you are facing this issue PC or mobile?
Are you facing issue with YouTube only or alll websites?
Could you please help us with the screenshot of the error message you got. You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on Answer & then click on the Image [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Are you using free or paid version of AVG Secure Browser?
May I know from when do you have this issue?
Please try resetting the browser (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlName=avg-reset-browser&q=resetting+browser) once and check on the issue.
Let us know the status of the issue.

its free AVG  version,reset didn't help.still same message in downloads file wasn't available on site and video title followed by .txt  extension.
It's noticed yesterday ,hasn't been downloading long time. Before download tab was green ,now its blue

I would request, you to reinstall the AVG Secure browser and check, if the issue persits or not. To do that follow the below article : 
  1. Uninstall AVG Secure Browser
  2. Restart your device - don’t miss this step!
  3. Install AVG Secure Browser

I also have exactly the same issue. I have uninstalled/reinstalled avg browser, rebooted laptop. Still the same.

I have also been having this issue with youtube videos since June 2024. I have also gone through the whole process of uninstalling and reinstalling the app (free) on two different computers and notified youtube of the problem (multiple times) with no change. I would like to know what the cause of this issue is and if this can be fixed.
