2. Have you tried to initiate Deep scan and check it?
3. Have you tried to restart the device and check it?

My os is windows 7.
What is Deep scan ? Usually I run the avg scan proposed on the avg home page, none found anything.
I restarted device many times. At each begining, it displays an automatic pré-programed chrome webpage :

I failed sending corrupted files whose names are : "2020065215945_pdf.aerlyo" or "IMG_20171019_175347_jpg.aerlyo", previous names were "2020065215945.pdf" or "IMG_20171019_175347.jpg" , in my answer to the mail that noreply@help.avg.com sent to me on 7/25/2024 7:51 PM . , i don't know how send files here in my topic.
Issues : - ending this automatic pré-programed chrome webpage.
- decrypt my files : "ID ransomware has'nt recognized anything, maybe because my virus is new.
"No more ransomware" displays nothing after i give asked informations.
- Ensure there will be no future damage with left part of this virus.
