We are really sorry to know that you are unable to activate AVG Secure VPN after downloaded. Please apologize for the inconvenience caused. We'll certainly check and help you out.
Once you have downloaded the AVG Secure VPN.
1. Right-click the downloaded setup file avg_secure_vpn_setup.exe, and select Run as administrator from the context menu.
2. If prompted for permission by the User Account Control dialog, click Yes.
3. To change the default setup language, click the current language in the top-right corner of the screen. Then, click Install.
4. Wait while setup installs AVG Secure VPN on your PC. AVG Secure VPN opens automatically after installation.
