An invasive site called Skyjem.com is contantly trying to re-direct all my websearch through its site.
The reason I bought your service was to get rid off - and protect myself from - stuff like this.
When I sent in my request to have this problem sorted - See below- I received a vague and pretty pathetic response from someone called Arunchunarajan, who seemed to have no ideal to what I was referring.
Original question:
I bought AVG protection last month, but it hasn't got rid of an irritatingly invasive site! How can I get rid of skygem.com? If not, what is the easiet way to cancell, and get my money back, as I'm still within the 30 change of mind money-back option period!

Hello Michael,
Thank you for contacting AVG Community Support.
We are really sorry to know that you are facing issues with website.
Please apologize for the inconvenience caused. We'll certainly check and help you out.
Could you please elaborate more what is the exact issue?
Is AVG causing any issue?
Please let us know what exactly happening with skygem.com? It wasn't rocket science to Google it, and find out that:-
If this browser hacker has not been eliminated from my computer by next Tuesday - the 10th September, please cancell both my AVG purchases immediately.
Every time I try to email it to AVG, it bounces back at me with some ridiculous reason!
Is AVG itself a scam? I'm just asking, as I am on the verge of a nervous breakdown
Thank you for reaching out, and please forgive me for not getting back to you sooner.

Please note that AVG may not automatically detect a browser hijacker, as these are often installed manually by the user, though unknowingly in most cases. However, dealing with these issues isn’t too complicated, and we have a dedicated guide to walk you through each step of removing the hijacker. Please find it below:
