I've been dealing with a problem for some time now, and finally decided to find some help. On my Samsung tablet the Web Shield always shuts off if the tablet is shut down, hibernating, asleep, whatever. Everytime I turn it back on I have to go into settings and switch it back on manually, which includes giving it permission to do so. Sometimes it will randomly shut itself while I'm online, but no reason is given as to why it's done so.
