Keep getting, HTML:ExtortMail-DG[Phish], these threats, put in Quarantine

I, too have been getting this notification several times a day.  I use gmail and Outlook 2013 as a desktop emailer and AVG free as an antivirus program.  The emails are real, and are tagged as spam on the gmail browser.  I assume that someone has my email address and is supplying the phishing spam and an emal list to multiple customers.  Is there any way that I can block the emails altogether?  They're coming from random sites.  Thank you.
