I received notification on 09/04/23 that my subscription had been automatically renewed for my AVG Internet protection. I cannot download it to my computer, and certainly not my phone or pad. I have tried for days now without any luck. When I go to the site listed on that notice for some help, the help is not in English. I am over 80 and obviously not adept at this, but I usually get things done, but not this. I do need some help with this renewal installation. Judith Busse
