DRI*AVG TECHNOLOGIES

I was charged $109.99 from DRI*AVG TECHNOLOGIES without any authorization due to not using AVG on my laptop or other devices as of today. I also don't have any ongoing subscription on my AVG account as of now.
Is a refund possible?
