Confirm you don't have another VPN service running, possible a built in VPN in your Browser.
Having a multiple VPNs running will cause issues.

We do not have a built in VPN in your AVG Secure Browser.
And we having multiple VPNs can cause conflict.
Request you to use only one in a device.
