File is offline - it is currently not available. (42006)

I have this error in my Full system scan.txt, Monday Deep Scan.txt and Thursday Deep Scan.txt,
from 2019 until now, for these two files:

C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftOfficeHub_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\LocalLow\Microsoft\CryptnetUrlCache\MetaData\6BADA8974A10C4BD62CC921D13E43B18_D9817BD5013875AD517DA73475345203 [E] File is offline - it is currently not available. (42006)
The file date is 2019. 02. 26., attribute is system

C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftOfficeHub_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\LocalLow\Microsoft\CryptnetUrlCache\Content\6BADA8974A10C4BD62CC921D13E43B18_D9817BD5013875AD517DA73475345203 [E] File is offline - it is currently not available. (42006)
The file date is 2019. 04. 12., attribute is system

I may remove them if there is no other solution, to avoid these error.

Using Microsoft Windows 10 Home x64, version 20H2 OS Build 19042.906
AVG Antivirus Free ver.21.2.3170-build 21.2.6096.648

The files have been there since 2019, the error appear in every full/deep scan.

Their attribute is system

Maybe I did not write well, the files are there even now

Laszlo, please remove those files manually from the path and perform a deep scan again.
Keep us apprised about the status.

I removed the files, and naturally those "File is offline - it is currently not available. (42006)"
lines don't appear in deep scan log "Full system scan.txt"

Laszlo, I belive that those were temporary files.
If you happen to see same set of files again on deep scan result, do let us know immediately.

I don't think, that they were real temporary files - as I wrote they were there from 2019, but perhaps they were unnecessary, forgotten files.
Now the important thing for me is that this issue is solved.

But maybe it would be interesting to know why did AVG Free Antirus write this text: "File is offline - it is currently not available. (42006)"  into the scan result files - the two referenced files existed and I easily deleted them, ie they were online and were available.

Thanks for your help!

Thank you for updating the status, Laszlo.

Glad to know that you were able to resolve the issue.
Regarding your concern, could you let us know if you had put any of the MS Office programs to sleep using the AVG TuneUp?
Awaiting your response.

I don't know and never downloaded, never installed, never used AVG TuneUp.
I have Basic protection only.

Hello Laszlo.
I would like to confirm that these are cache files. Cache is a mechanism to load data faster. Say if you browse a page in your browser and neext time you again browse the same page. Then system will use the cache files to load the website faster.
It is completely safe to remove these files.
