Ben Chernys AVG Free update May 2 2021 made aswJsFit.dll unusable on Win 7
aswJsFlt.dll was updated yesterday and seems to be "invalid" for Windows 7

Seems it's just an irritation. A Windows system message pops up and when OKd the app starts up normally. Seems to be used in browsers only, Seems there's no way to notify AVG of bugs. I will attempt to restore this dll to a week before and see what effect this has but as it is only an irritation that wilol wait.

May I know since when you are facing this issue please?
Are you using a paid vrsion of AVG or free version?
Did you try to uninstall AVG AntiVirus and then reinstall it?
If possible, please share the screenshot of error message in order to understand better and resolve it.

If I uninstall it, I will look for another vendor.

However, it is recommended to perform a reinstallation and check the status. If the issue persists, we can collect logs and escalate to the senior team to identify the root cause. Could you please let us know whether you are using Windows 7 SP 1 operating system? Please perform a windows update once and perform a repair of AVG Antivirus free. Keep us apprised about the status.
