Jingermy.com threat

I keep getting this when using Chrome:
"We've safely aborted a connection on Jingermy.com because it was infected with URL:Blacklist."

I haven't tried to visit that site and have no idea what it is.

I have the same issue, see my thread. You'll get a 403 Forbidden error when you type in the url.

Hello John,

Thank you for your efforts. From the above discussion, it is clear that Google Chrome is causing this issue. Please check for any unwanted extension or application installed on your computer. If there is any please remove the same and check if that stops this threat detection popup from AVG.

I would also like to inform you that the threat popup indicates that AVG has safely aborted any connection between this website and your computer. So your computer is safe and protected.

To further stop this from happening, I request you to check for unwanted/recently added extensions on Google Chrome and check if that stops this threat detection popup from AVG.

Please keep us posted on this.

i don't know if this will work for you but it got rid the problem for me try doing this open a fresh google web search page and click on extensions in the top right corner... when it opens click on manage extensions on the bottom of the list then check to see if have video downloader or video downloader pro enabled if so disable it or remove it next close the web page when you reopen google the jingermy crap should gone forever. let me know if this works
