Game Mode Feature

Really just one question. I have been out of gaming for a bit, but I remember Tune Up (I think) had the ability to turn on a sort of game mode that maximized your PC to help games run better. I think I remember reading that the 'duplicates file finder' was removed by AVG a while back, but it sounds like this feature has been removed to... is that correct? The Gaming Mode feature isn't available anymore? Thanks all!

Hello Michael.
Thank you for reaching us here.
Do Not Disturb Mode is a new feature in the latest version of AVG Internet Security and AVG AntiVirus FREE, and is an upgrade to the previous Game Mode feature. Do Not Disturb Mode works to silence unnecessary notifications while you run almost any application in fullscreen.

Do Not Disturb Mode is enabled by default in AVG Internet Security and AVG AntiVirus FREE. To access this feature, open the AVG user interface and go to  Menu ▸ Do Not Disturb Mode.

In older version of AVG PC TuneUp, there was a feature called Enable Turbo mode. It allows you to temporarily turn off unnecessary background programs or maintenance processes to give your computer a performance boost.
