Iphone 12 problem

Hi,                                                                             
anyone know how to address the smart scan error “failed to scan for potential leaks”?  I have an iPhone 12 running on IOS 16.4                                                                            

Your product stated it would stop the unwanted adds on my phone, that has not happened.  Why?
