Spam URL repeatedly blocked

since I installed AVG, which I have used in the past, first time on Win 11, I am getting a pop-up regarding s.viinxd.com constantly, I thought maybe it was something with FaceBook, but it is happening even when I am not on FB:
Threat name: URL:Scam
URL https://s.viinxd.com (and a long string of junk).
Process: c:\program files\google\chrome\applications\chrome.exe
Detected by: Web Shield
Status: Connection aborted

I would like to make Chrome stop doing this, as it's mildly annoying but I don't see how to remediate the issue.

well, it was definitely not a site I was aware of, nor anything familiar, so I assumed it was bad.  It was firing off when chrome was open sometimes rapid fire, so, I reset Chrome, and so far, so good.
