Hi Mark,

We're glad to look into this & help you.
Please let us know whether you experience this issue in a specific browser or irrespective of browsers.
Also, clarify whether you've disabled Web Shield in AVG program to fix the issue or the entire protection.

Hi I have the same problem as Mark. Started today Nov 4th. Problem is irrespective of browser. When AVG is on, I get an error message saying that the Barclays Bank certificate is not valid., when I disable web shield, everything is fine. Please update me asap.

I'm having the same issue with banking websites and my health provider website. I keep having to disable AVG and then visit these websites. It's getting really annoying. I'm using Chrome, BTW. It says that the website is sending Chrome unrecognized signals (or something like that). Must be AVG sending those signals.

And, it also blocks my scanner. Starting to be more trouble than it's worth.

I have tried to disable web shield, and it did not work to allow me to access the websites. It's only seems to happen to me at banks, have been able to get into Otero websites without an issue.
