I'm trying to log into my AVG account - because I need new members of staff to download the antivirus protection onto their new PCs.
However, everytime I try to log in to my account it says "Oops, something went wrong! An error occurred and your request couldn't be completed. Please try again."
Please can this be looked into, or please can you advise how I can access my account?

Here is the error message I see. I tried on a different browser (Chrome/Safari) and the same thing happened (I'm on a Macbook Pro) - I then tried another time and clicked the "forgotten password" link hoping this would work, but the same error message appeared when I clicked that. Please let me know if I can provide further info and thanks for the help! Best, Alison
