Refund taken back out of my bank account

Why is it that I get a refund for an automatic renewal of a subscription and then minutes later that amount is taken back out of my account but can’t chat to a support person because my subscription is cancelled as far as my account is concerned.

It seems the refund was processed but the subscription charge reappeared due to a system glitch or payment delay. Support access might be restricted because your subscription was canceled. Check your bank statements and any emails from the provider. Try contacting support through email or social media, and if unresolved, consider disputing the charge with your bank.
