Thank you for writing us back Lisa,
I am sorry to hear that you are facing this issue. I would request you to change the protocol to Mimic or OpenVPN – you can find that option in the App Settings :
  • Windows: ☰ Menu ▸ Settings
Then turn on the VPN and access the websites then check, if the issue persist or not. If it does, I would request you to repair the application by following the below instructions :

1. Press the windows key and R key at the same time (Windows key + R ).
2. You will get a small "Run" box on your bottom of the screen.
3. In the search bar type "appwiz.cpl",then click on Ok.
4. You will get the uninstall or change a program page.
5. On the list please search for the product name (AVG Secure VPN) and click on it once, then right click on it.
6. You will get two options and choose only uninstall.
7. In the next page you will see many options and you must click "Repair".
8. After the repair is 100% ,click on done and restart your computer.

Even after repairing the application, if the issue persist, please reinstall the application by following the below article : I hope this helps resolve your issue! If you’re still having any trouble, or have any questions, feel free to message me. I’d be happy to help.

Thank you for your understanding.
