Dear both, thank you for getting back to me by email. I am still not able to sign in, and a message box pop up as: "Sorry, there's a glitch in the matrix, please reload...". When I try to contact the support service with the link you provided, it doesn't complete when request a number to call, or chat on line. It may be better to provide me a phone number to call? Thanks!
