AVG Ultimate (Multi-Device) Subscription

I recently bought the AVG Ultimate (Multi-Device) product.

On my laptop (Windows 10), it shows on the Subscription page: https://subscriptions.avg.com/#/
but does not appear on the Family page https://family.avg.com/#/

Error message: You don't have any subscriptions to share

Family members get the invite, but when they try to activate, they get the following message on this page: https://family.avg.com/#/

You don't have any shared subscriptions.

Please advise.

Thank you for your response, but it almost seems computer generated as it does not address the issue in my message.

The add for AVG multi device makes it clear that the licence is valid for android and windows, amongst others. We are all using android phones and windows laptops.

I did share the code, but the user's system does not accept it. The error is in my original message.
