AVG access to apps pop-ups

I recently have started to have pop-ups asking permission for AVG to access data in other apps.  Even selecting 'allow' does not stop them appearing again and again.  I have never had this issue before with AVG over several years.   Driving me mad!  I am a Mac user.  How do I stop this?

I receive pop-ups like this several tiumes a day.  I am assuming I should 'allow'  but that doesn't stop them appearing again and again. AVG security is up-to-dtae and I have automatic updates for my OS.  The problem happened before and after OS uploads

Hello Veeramani,

I have restarted my computer but it makes no difference.  They still pop-up.

My operating system is Mac OS Sequoia 15.1.1 and is the latest update.

Please note that I am not very tech savvy so any instructions will need to be step-by-step.
