AVG Ultimate subscription

Hello. I extended my AVG Ultimate subscription for 1 year, but I didn't receive a confirmation email and I don't see the extended subscription in my AVG account. My original subscription, which ends in early January 2025, has ID #16***************9. And what's more, I received an email again with an offer to extend my subscription, I don't know why.
